Package status indicates the current package status during transportation. The system will show auto-judged package status according to tracking event details once the tracking is complete.

When you see that shipment is in transit, wait for the courier to deliver it.

FDS Parcel continues to implement new plans in response to the Coronavirus situation in the UK following advice issued by HM Government.

New delivery process

With immediate effect, we will no longer ask customers to sign our handheld units and instead our drivers will sign it on their behalf. We will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.

With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.

This now forms our proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.

Delivery Delay

Unfortunately, this new situation limited our human resources, therefore we expect delay in processing your packages (it will affect both, collection service and delivery time). Please allow up to 10 working days for Domestic Delivery within UK and 15 working days for Delivery within European Union.

Can I track my delivery online?

Yes, you can track your delivery online, simply go to our website and enter the consignment number on the homepage. Please allow up to 24 hours after sending. Packages tracking information are updated every day.

What are my payment options?

We currently offer payment via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Is there a cut-off time for bookings?

In metro areas the cut off is 12 midday for same day pickups. For regional areas the cut off is 12 midday for next day pickups.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes you can, however once you have made a booking with FDS Parcel, you may be charged a £10.00 cancellation/change of details fee.
